On the second floor you are welcomed into the dinning area which has a beautifully crafted dining table with a booth style, upholstered seat and bench seat. The top level living area is also open plan and has a contiguous lay out with centrally located reverse cycle air-conditioning to either cool or warm to whole space. The modern and well equipped kitchen has a huge double door bottom mount fridge with a water and ice dispenser, a large oven with a six burner gas stove top and range hood and all you need for creating the perfect meal at any time of the day, as you look out to the ocean views from the kitchen bench. Also enjoy the views and ocean breezes from the living room with comfy leather lounges and a large smart TV, from where you can also step out to the east facing balcony which is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink with the sounds of the surf.
Down the hall is the second and master bedroom which has an en-suite and ocean views. There is also the main bathroom which has a huge bathtub, shower and separate toilet.
The out door area is spacious with a great front yard with a grassy area and an outdoor dining setting.
The back yard has a raised garden area that is fenced off with a pool fence.
Pets are considered at this property. The fenced off back yard may not be suitable for small dogs as they could escape.

We loved our stay at 4 Teal Street, where we relaxed as a group of friends for four days. The home is recently renovated modernising all the facilities and furnishings. We enjoyed the location being just a short walk to a quiet beach and only a 10 minute walk to the village. Being able to see the water from the lounge room and kitchen is great and the additional living space and kitchen facilities downstairs were also appreciated. Ideal for families and groups!
