Fantastic Property!
Julie - 10th September 2024This property has a great deal to love about it. The position is excellent, just less than 1 km away from the beautiful village of Peregian and in a really quiet location. The only sound you hear is the crashing of the waves. Great big sliding doors onto the verandah provide the sea breeze and a great outlook of the ocean and whale watching during the day. It was also only a 100m walk to the beach which was brilliant. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it suits all accomodation needs and all very comfortable beds. Overhead fans in bedrooms ensures a lovely night’s sleep as well. The TV’s were easy to use and large and a good selection of games was in the downstairs cupboards. The kitchen was very impressive, extremely well equipped with lots of cups, dinner plates, platters and cookware, similar to your own home. The can opener was very difficult to use so we mentioned it to Ted and he brought around a new one that afternoon. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the service provided by the Peregian office. We booked for 4 weeks and added an extra 2 weeks. It was that good.

John W - 17th January 2024We had a fabulous 2 weeks at 4 Teal Street Peregian Beach early January 2024. The house was perfect for our large family with plenty of space, beds and entertainment areas. The beach access was an easy 2 minute walk from the house and a 10 minute walk to Peregian village. We enjoyed dinner at Periwinkle and lunch at the Captains Daughter. The service from Peregian Beach Holiday was excellent. We will be back. Helen and John

We enjoyed the location being just a short walk to a quiet beach and only a 10 minute walk to the village. Being able to see the water from the lounge room and kitchen is great and the additional living space and kitchen facilities downstairs were also appreciated. Ideal for families and groups!
