The golden sands of Marcus Beach are mere steps away. Leave through the back gate and follow your private path onto the sand.
This well-designed floor plan facilitates excellent separation of living with an ensuited guest bedroom on the ground floor and a single bedroom, the lower level is tiled throughout and flows seamlessly for indoor / outdoor living.
Upstairs are the master bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuited with spa bath and features a huge walk in robe along with a balcony for the ultimate parents retreat.
A second bathroom is also on this level, servicing the second & third bedrooms.
Features include: Ducted Air-conditioning, Swimming Pool, Enclosed Yard, Spa Bath, Washing Machine & Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Outdoor Shower, Pets Welcome, Direct beach access from backyard, Dog friendly beach access.
Accommodates 10 (8 adult maximum)
Linen and bath towels are included.
Please note - an additional $100 per pet fee applies per stay.

Team at Peregian Beach Holiday were very responsive to any of our needs etc during our stay. Very personalized service.

The open plan living room was a great space for quality time with the family. The access to a gorgeous beach and quick drive to lovely bars and restaurants in Peregian beach made this an ideal location.

The house is a great design with the pool visible from multiple regions of the house and lots of louvres for cross ventilation. The beds were comfortable, the A/C and other appliances worked well, and it was a good kitchen for entertaining. The pool had lots of leaves on arrival but was cleaned the next day. An area for improvement was that the kitchen needs more containers added as there was nothing to store leftovers in, and the hot water system struggled with more than 5 guests. It was a lovely holiday, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
