With two lock-up garages, one undercover carport, and off-street parking, convenience is assured. Modern amenities include WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, ceiling fans, outdoor furniture with a BBQ, and entertainment options like two flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and a docking station. For added fun, there's even a table tennis table in the garage.
Upstairs, three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, including a king bed, queen bed, and two singles. The downstairs area accommodates an additional four guests with a queen bed and two double sofa beds.
For larger groups or extended families, the entire house, including the self-contained unit downstairs, can be rented, accommodating up to 10 guests. In low season, the upper two levels can be rented separately, accommodating six guests.
Linen and bath towels are included for your convenience. Please note that an additional $100 pet fee per pet applies per stay, allowing your furry friends to join in on the holiday fun.

Chilled out vibes with awesome view
Chris E - 13th September 2024The view, proximity to the beach and the short walk to the restaurants of Peregian far outweigh the fact that this is an older house. It is still bright and cheerful, very comfortable and a great place for a family holiday. I highly recommend it
