This beautiful house has two living areas, three good sized bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and two huge balconies.
With breathtaking ocean views from the entire top level.
Downstairs comprises of three good sized bedrooms each with sliding doors leading out to the lower, large undercover deck.
There is also the main family bathroom and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The upstairs of the property has two good sized, comfortable living areas with an open plan kitchen and dining area from which you have full ocean views. This all leads out to the large upper balcony area.
The views from the upstairs balcony are breathtaking and there are retractable shade sails for all year round comfort. There is a Weber BBQ, outdoor dinning setting and sunbeds for relaxation.
In there garage there is some beach equipment for your use including beach umbrellas and chairs, an esky, boogie boards and sand castle making buckets.
