Featuring two bedrooms, including a main bedroom with an ensuite, as well as a main bathroom combined with a laundry, this apartment offers convenience and comfort for your stay. The garage, located on the ground level, provides easy access to the unit situated on the first floor.

Your stay includes all the modern conveniences you need for a relaxing getaway, including WiFi, Netflix, a microwave, dishwasher, flatscreen TV, DVD player, washing machine, dryer, ceiling fans, and a telephone for local and incoming calls. Linen and bath towels are also included for your convenience.

Accommodating up to four guests with one queen bed and two single beds, this apartment is the perfect choice for a coastal retreat with family or friends.

We strictly do not rent to SCHOOLIES - minimum age during schoolies week is 25. Strictly no functions allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: Construction has commenced on the next-door block in January 2025 and will continue for at least 18 months. You may experience some noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. **

Fantastic Beach Holiday

We stay for over 3 weeks and the apartment fully met our needs. In fact, it was over-equipped, with everything we could need and more. The location is ideal, directly opposite a short path that leads to the beach. It's a 15-minute walk along the beach to the local center which has numerous restaurants, shops and a supermarket. We stayed there while visiting family in Eumundi. Unfortunately a cyclone was forecast to hit the area three days before we were due to leave so the family decided to travel north to avoid the forthcoming storm. We therefore missed out on the last few days of our booking, but we prepared the property for the storm, bringing in the outdoor furniture, closing all windows etc. We notified the managers, and they arranged to visit after we left to ensure that everything was storm ready.

Location is Superb

I was visiting Noosa for two weeks for a medical treatment and I was very happy with the unit. It’s location is superb: walk across the Esplanade to beautiful Peregian Beach for walks & no traffic. The quietness of this location was greatly appreciated. The unit is clean & has everything you need. Peregian Holiday Rentals are wonderful to deal with and I would certainly book with them again.

We felt at home.
