This modern top level apartment with ocean views, in a small complex of 4, is tastefully appointed and offers excellent value. The apartments fabulous location is only a short stroll to Peregian Village as well as the patrolled beach and public transport for easy transport on the local bus from Peregian Beach Village to Noosa, Coolum Beach and Sunshine Coast airport. There is a single secure lock up garage for your car for a relaxing holiday.
The apartment has simple beach stylings for a comfortable stay and has a very homely feel. Upon entry you are welcomed into the carpeted combined living and dining with the kitchen along side the dinning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs and has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and even a breakfast bar facing the ocean views. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo.
Off the living area, step out onto the balcony to enjoy the ocean breezes and ocean views. Enjoy a meal and your morning coffees out here at the outdoor dinning setting.
You can also step out to balcony first thing in the morning from the main bedroom which you can also see the ocean from your comfortable queen bed. There built in wardrobes, bedside tables, carpet floors and a sitting chair in this bedroom also.
The second bedroom has two king single beds, bedside table, carpet floors, built in wardrobe and a study nook.
The bathroom is combined with the laundry and is very spacious. The shower is large and there is ample bench space.
There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer. There is a communal back yard with a clothes line at the back of the property. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off when coming home from the beach.
Unfortunately this property is not suited for young children and infants.

Great little unit
Sharon & - 23rd September 2024We book every year in Peregian Beach. This unit is in a perfect position, easy stroll to the beach and into the village. Lovely balcony to enjoy the morning sun. Nice furnishing, comfy bed, good kitchen, large bathroom. Loved our stay here.
