This property is located within a short few minute stroll to Peregian Beach village and the patrolled beach.
You can't get much closer to the village than this. There is no need for a car when you can stroll into town to restaurants, shops and of course the beautiful Peregian Beach.
The upstairs features a large open plan living area, well equipped kitchen, dining area and the master bedroom with an ensuite, all with ducted air conditioning. As well as two more bedrooms with ceiling fans plus the main bathroom with a separate toilet. Out the back there is a grand outdoor entertaining area with an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas BBQ and cook top, bar fridge, dining table, lounge seating and a wall mounted TV all surrounded by lush tropical gardens. On top of that there is a gorgeous turquoise pool with access from the back deck and the wide span front balcony which looks out to the hinterland.
The downstairs level boasts the fourth bedroom with an ensuite and air conditioning, the fully equipped laundry & double lock up garage.
Includes: Pool, gas BBQ, coffee machine, smart televisions, foxtel, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, electric oven, air fryer, gas stove tops, ducted air conditioned upstairs, split system air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom, internal stairs, double lock up garage.

Don W - 23rd November 2023All in all it was a great place to stay. Close to everything that you need all within walking distance. Apart from the oven not working as it should and kitchen utensils and dishes being greasy the place was amazing and would recommend staying to all.

The four bedrooms plus pool made it so easy with the kids, and the location can’t be beaten - less than a five minute walk to the beach, shops and cafes and playground. We’d love to come back and stay again one day!
We will definitely be coming back to Peregian and it’s our new favourite spot!

We appreciated extra appliances like air fryer and blender. Lots of space for families. Aside from that, we fell in love with Peregian Beach!!! Thanks for a wonderful week, we loved staying. We will definitely be coming back to Peregian and it’s our new favourite spot!
