This is a lovely, airy, art filled townhouse, split over three levels, with a beachside location with ocean views.
Located only 1.4KM away from the Peregian Beach village with local restaurants, boutique shopping and the patrolled beach.
During the school holidays only, the beach only 200m away is patrolled also.
This apartment has luxurious furnishings with a beachy style.
There is a rooftop deck that has outdoor dining setting for the perfect entertaining area with ocean views.
The middle level boasts the living area with a very comfortable couch and smart TV. The dining area is surrounded by full size windows looking out to the alfresco deck with ocean views. Alongside is the fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, double sink, gas cook top with range hood, oven, large fridge, espresso coffee machine plus a breakfast bar. On this level there is also centrally positioned air-conditioning to cool the entire level.
The lower level has two bedrooms with a queen bed, and the other with either a king or two singles on request. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main bedroom has air-conditioning also. There are also two bathrooms, laundry and an enclosed courtyard garden with wooden decking and outdoor seating.
There is a single garage space with automatic door. Please note property has a steep driveway.
There is a flight of stairs to the front door, plus a flights to second level and a spiral stair case to the roof top so this will not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Marc Herrmann - 21st September 2023We stayed here for 6 weeks and absolutely loved our time. 2 mins walk to the beach, watching whales jumping from the top balcony and lovely cool and shady rooms. Very sad to be leaving! No complaints at all.
