During school holidays, you'll enjoy the convenience of a patrolled beach just 200m away, ensuring peace of mind as you soak up the sun and surf.
Step inside our airy and art-filled abode, where every detail exudes coastal sophistication. Luxurious furnishings with a beachy flair set the tone for your stay, while the rooftop deck offers the ultimate entertaining space with panoramic ocean views.
The middle level beckons with a spacious living area, featuring a sumptuously comfortable couch and smart TV. Full-size windows frame the dining area, providing a picturesque backdrop of the ocean beyond. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, and breakfast bar for leisurely mornings.
Venture to the lower level, where two inviting bedrooms await, each adorned with a queen bed or king/twin configuration upon request. Ceiling fans ensure a cool and comfortable night's sleep, while air conditioning in the main bedroom adds an extra touch of luxury. Two bathrooms, a laundry, and an enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor seating complete this tranquil retreat.
For added convenience, a single lock-up garage with automatic door is provided, though please note the property's steep driveway. While a flight of stairs leads to the front door, and additional flights and a spiral staircase access the second level and rooftop respectively, making this retreat unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.

Marc Herrmann - 21st September 2023We stayed here for 6 weeks and absolutely loved our time. 2 mins walk to the beach, watching whales jumping from the top balcony and lovely cool and shady rooms. Very sad to be leaving! No complaints at all.
