Well located property
Robert Henderson - 29th July 2022This is a very well equipped, older style large family home with great access to the beach and the local shops.Beds are a very subjective matter but we found the bed in the main room to be too soft and uncomfortable for our taste. The other beds were much better.The downstairs bedroom area was very cold but this was partially due to a lot of unseasonable cool and wet weather we haven't previously experienced at this time of the year when visiting Peregian on may occasions. A tastic in the bathroom would be good.The reverse cycle air con. was very good once the mothballs (gecko prevention ?) were removed having given us sore throats and sinus trouble but this was quickly fixed when we mentioned it.The two balconies and the very spacious living area and kitchen are great and the wi fi excellent. We are coming back to 19 Piper Street in 2023.
