The apartment features three bedrooms and a main bathroom, with a European-style laundry conveniently located half a level higher. The main bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom includes a single bed and trundle, accommodating up to 6 guests.
A covered single carport provides easy parking, and street parking is available free of charge.

Incredible Stay
Amy L - 24th January 2025Our stay was incredible. The house is beautiful, has everything you need & the pool is great for the kids. It’s in the prefect location. Walking distance to the town & beach. Staff at Utopia are very friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend and we’d definitely stay again.
