On the lower level is kid haven with a big dorm style bedroom with bunk beds, bean bags and an entertainment unit and a bathroom alongside.
The middle level of the home has the gourmet kitchen, dinning room and a spacious living area with a north facing balcony. There is also a second smaller living room, three more bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, another bathroom with a separate toilet and a full laundry on this level.
The upper level is the parents retreat with an ensuite and a kitchenette with a bar fridge. There is also a private balcony to this room plus direct access to the back balcony and the pool.
There are two alfresco areas out the back over the looking the pool. Enjoy the ocean views from the upper deck while watching over the kids in the pool.
The beach access is via a walkway to Martin Street (5 minutes) .
Parking in the driveway is available for 3 cars - the garage is not accessible for guests.

The kids loved having their own space in the large bunk room, which also had a TV and Lounge suite. Great pool and ocean views also. We'll definitely be back.
