Downstairs, two additional single bedrooms await, along with an adjoining rumpus/TV room with a sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or providing a space for entertainment.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides a safe and spacious area for your furry friend and the kids to play, ensuring fun for the whole family.

Accommodating up to 8 guests (maximum 6 Adults), with 2 queen beds, 1 single bed, 2 king single beds, and a sofa bed in the downstairs rumpus room (additional guest not included - extra linen charge), this home is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a coastal retreat. Linen and bath towels are included for your convenience.

Great Holiday
Julie - 9th December 2024Thanks for having us, at the above property. We have booked again for next year. The house is very pleasant, roomy, love the deck and the elevated position. Quiet street too. No traffic noise. It's nice to come back from the beach and swim in the pool anytime to cool off. We love staying at Perigian with the dog friendly village. The house is near the village shops and patrolled beach, which is great you can walk everywhere. Regards The annual holiday girls..
Beautiful Private House Close to Dog Beach
