The place suited us perfectly!!
David G - 27th May 2025It had a view of the ocean, and access to the beach was very easy. Not a long walk at all. Also an easy walk to the Peregian shops. A few small issues with things not functioning perfectly. Mostly a result of the closeness to the beach, and the corrosive nature of salt air. These were all reported to Utopia, the property managers, and Ted fixed them as quickly as possible. Very good service. I would recommend the property to anyone.
Great Stay
Jenny & - 22nd July 2024We stayed here recently for 6 weeks and loved the house. All the kitchen appliances were top quality, plus all essential supplies were there in both the kitchen and laundry. My husband enjoyed watching the whales swim by on the front deck. Our dog had a lovely time in the backyard. Easy walk to the village and the self contained area downstairs was great when we had guests stay over. Ted our contact at Utopia was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble for him. We look forward to many more holidays in Peregian Beach.
